Back To School

My head has been getting bigger and bigger from all these stillborn brainchildren, so I thought I write a few down. Besides, it looks like Google has been dropping some of my articles off its index, and that hurts.

My summer has gone way too fast and, as it’s been the case for the past few years, I have a sense of having wasted time and not having done enough. I haven’t read any of the books that still are white spots in my cultural map, I haven’t told any more “foundation stories” on this blog, and I still haven’t gotten the debating show off the ground.

I did get a few things done, in all fairness, but not enough for a sound sense of accomplishment.

Is a clearer sense of direction an achievement in and of itself?
