In prima parte am inceput mai general, cu citate din Nietzsche si o lista iutub. Aici-sa zicem cu detalii si carti existentialiste si general-introductive.

Vorbesc de tare mult timp despre o dezbatere cu si despre proprietatea intelectuala si copira(i)tul la romani. O astfel de dezbatere a fost gazduita si de Economist in sectiunea lor de dezbateri si-a iesit tare faina, dar a avut loc mai putin in blogo.ro-oaie. In acest prim articol voi mentiona cateva din argumentele vehiculate in aceasta dezbatere si voi incerca sa evit cateva “cai gresite”.

Intrebat de o prietena daca sa mearga in BC sau Alberta la studii superioare, incurajat de "liberalizarea" vizelor canadiene pentru romani, cat si de o stire recenta despre o mama eroina din BC, care-a zamislit aproape 20 de progenituri, m-am hotarat sa-mi aplec iarasi privirile asupra Canadei. Nu-i prima data cand fac asta aici-sha. Am mai scris despre clima, despre vize si chiar despre imigrare si feminism. Si-acum, inc-odata :)

Iar am ramas in urma cu ce se-ntampla in Ro. Ultimele ecouri pe care le-am prins despre Romania din presa au de-a face cu case din noroi, studenti straini intr-un sat amarat, nemtzii ofticati pe Nokia si Romania la festivalul de film din Venezia. Multe s-or intamplatara de-atunci, si ca sa nu uit, le trec in raboj.

While writing about Jihadi Jay Abdo, I had started writing about foreigners who study in Romania and half-way through I realized that this deserves a separate article. I had previously assumed (nature) that the Romanian prime-minister’s (Ponta) many scandals, some centered around his plagiarizing of his doctoral thesis will taint Romanian education and significantly decrease its appeal. Further investigation revealed that many are still interested, although it is hard to determine to what extent the scandals have caused the Romanian tuition fees to be the lowest in Europe, or that is due to other market forces. Zilele astea sarbatorim ziua Romaniei si-i un moment oportun sa sparg sirul de poeti strainezi si sa prezint o poezie romaneasca. Totusi n-o voi da cu poezii patriotice, fiindca feedback gen "bravo" sau "sa ne desteptam" ma lasa rece. Voi prezenta o poezie care-mi place. Si apropo, am urat Romaniei la multi ani in trecut.
