My reservations notwithstanding, I suspect most of the people who voted for Iohannis do not really know who he is, apart from the fact that he is not Ponta. I'm trying to bring a bit more color and background to his wooden personality.

I recently read about the Battle of Gallipoli (subject also of a movie with Mel Gibson from back when he still was, apparently, cuter than crazy) and it reminded me of a famous epic poem by the Romanian national poet, Mihai Eminescu.
