About two months ago, Maftei, my math teacher in high school, has passed away (fb-maftei). There was a time when I considered myself vegetarian. It was easy, a very close friend was cooking while I was buying our food. These days I cook my own food and since my time is limited, I gravitate toward simple recipes. With that in mind, there's been a long time since I haven't presented a recipe here, so I'll be telling you about my favorite winter soup (which is more like a borsht), the lentil soup. A more recent politico-artistico-philosophical scandal, far more interesting to me but, apparently, less interesting to the Romanian public, is the open conflict between Andrei Plesu, my favourite philosesseist, and the PSD cultural wing.

This is a question often asked and the answer given is seldom informed and non-partisan. I stumbled upon such a conversation and started talking about Netherlands first, so here I continue on my attempt to make sense of it.

Se tot fac presiuni impotriva (si chiar si asupra) mea sa scriu, sa continui nush’ce serie etc. N-am insa chef. Da, stiu ca in primul rand, pentru a avea “succes” in blogging trebuie sa scrii regulat, dar mie asta nu-mi place. Iata de ce acest “articol” este practic o arhiva in intregime parolata.

Pornesc de la un articol despre PDL, individualism si reforma statului si ajung la ipse dixit, golden rule, sinucidere si consum de opiate.

Mi-ar fi extrem de greu sa ma impac cu sirul evenimentelor care s-au produs in ultimele cateva saptamani si mai ales zile. Un mod de a impaca realitatea cu dorul de normalitate este refugiul in arta - Commedia dell'Arte, mai precis.

Cand incepeam acum cateva luni / ani seria casutelor nebifate cu Radna, habar n-aveam ca vor prinde viata dar nu pe blogul meu ci in arhiva Decat o Revista.

In urma unor probleme cu webhostul meu, domeniul AlsoSprachZamolxis.com e cam dus. Dar decat sa ma plang, mai bine-i celebrez pe cei din BlogRoll.

Rezultatele sunt sau ar trebui sa fie binecunoscute deja: PDL a fost pedepsit de cei suparati ca le-au fost taiate salariile si pensiile, iar USL a fost rasplatit fiindca le-au marit in ciuda lipsei banilor si-n ciuda faptului ca salariile si pensiile n-au legatura cu reprezentantii locali si politica locala.

Am avut recent un schimb de replici cu un vajnic si curajos luptator al luminii cu tiganii (eu mai mult am tacut, dar el probabil crede ca noi “discutam”. Cred ca merita efortul de a explica “tarsha” mea in a ma angaja in astfel de “discutii” si de ce prefer sa am o dezbatere. In plus, voi face o trimitere aici oridecate ori mai dau de-un cerebro-puradel care se teme de dezbatere dar ma agaseaza cu comentarii.

Pana sa stabilim utopicul Romanistan (vezi prima parte), ar trebui sa ne facem o idee cam cati romi sunt in Europa. Si cum romii au fost ucisi si persecutati de secole in mod mult mai eficient in Europa de Vest, ii gasim astazi oficial in Europa de Est, unde sunt incontinuu parasutati dupa ce sunt vanati de politiile vestice. Cumva, Romania pare sa se fi impus ca destinatie preferata a acestor “renditii”.

Oare cum ajung britanicii sa-si inchida usile imigratiei? Ce pazeste Soros?
